How do I order from EliteKart?
To place an order, simply browse your desired products, select quantity or variant, and click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout, fill in your address, choose a payment method, and confirm.
You’ll receive an instant order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is processed.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can checkout as a guest or create an EliteKart account to track orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster future checkouts.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact our support team immediately through the Contact Us page.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
What are the shipping charges and delivery times?
We offer free or low-cost delivery on most items.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Real-time tracking links are shared via email and SMS once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, EliteKart delivers only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
How can I track my order?
Click the “Track Order” link in your confirmation email or log in to your account to view live delivery status.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select products.
Is it safe to shop on EliteKart?
Absolutely. All transactions are SSL-encrypted, and payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant gateways to ensure complete data protection.
My payment failed, but money was deducted. What should I do?
Don’t worry! In such cases, your bank will automatically reverse the amount within 3–5 working days.

What is EliteKart’s return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return window for most items.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
How do I request a return or replacement?
Go to My Orders → Request Return, or contact our customer support with your order number.
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
How can I find the right size for my product?
Each product page includes a size guide and detailed specifications.
Check measurements carefully before purchase to ensure the best fit.
What if the item I receive doesn’t match the description?
If you receive a damaged or mismatched item, report it within 48 hours of delivery through our support portal — we’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.
Do EliteKart products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most electronic items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms are mentioned on each product page.
How do I claim warranty service?
Keep your invoice or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
