If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact our support team immediately through the Contact Us page. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
We offer free or low-cost delivery on most items. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Real-time tracking links are shared via email and SMS once dispatched.
Currently, EliteKart delivers only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.

We offer a 7-day easy return window for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
